Q is a life coaching app for personal and private use. It is currently configured for 12-18 year olds for development purposes and is distributed through schools. It shows people how to play to their strengths and how to change their behaviour to better manage tricky situations. It uses a bespoke behavioural model to help, for example, 12-18 year old users to manage stress, homework, revision & exams, build confidence, think about careers, manage relationships and much more. Q is provided by us as a full turnkey SaaS solution, but the suite of tools it is built upon enables any mobile-first, self-help performance improvement and wellbeing solution to be constructed for any use case, including on a licensed basis.
Q will shortly be reconfigured for use by university students in partnership with a major international university.
